Job Overview
The Telemarketer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing sales through outbound calls.
Salary – Rs 1.80 Lakhs - Rs 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum
Education & Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities and increase sales
Identify potential customers and assess their needs and requirements
Communicate the benefits and features of the company's products and services
Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointments in the CRM system
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
