Job Overview
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing timely and effective service and support to customers within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will have experience in servicing electronic equipment, knowledge of electronics and ITI in electronics, and the ability to travel frequently.
Salary – Rs 2.40 Lakhs - Rs 2.64 Lakhs Per Annum
Education & Experience Required
Diploma in Electronics or ITI in electronics.
Minimum 1 year of experience in servicing electronic equipment.
Strong knowledge of electronics and technical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in local language and English.
Valid driver's license and 2-wheelers with a personal vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Install new machines and provide warranty machine maintenance.
Attend to breakdown calls and resolve technical issues.
Sell annual service contracts (ASC) to customers.
Provide pre-sales support to customers.
Travel within assigned territory to service customer needs.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate and complete records of service activities.
Maintain a strong knowledge of product features and specifications.
