The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales team, managing customer relationships, and coordinating the sales process from start to finish.
Salary – Rs 2.40 Lakhs - Rs 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to travel extensively
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activities, including generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, and following up with potential and existing customer
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that customer requirements are met and orders are fulfilled on time
Assist in the preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitive trends
Manage communication channels with customers, including phone calls, emails, and meetings
Provide support to the sales team by coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports
Maintain a positive and professional image of the company and its products and services
