Job Overview

The CRM will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our client's corporate customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.

Salary – Rs 2.40 Lakhs - Rs 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum

Education & Experience Required

Polite disposition.

Ability of rigorous followup.

The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients.

Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.

Proactive.

Thorough knowledge of products/services.

Always available on calls

Key Responsibilities:

Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.

Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.

Always ask them for true feedback.

Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.

Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.

Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services.

Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern.

Understand client queries and solve them in any manner.

About Company

Our Client is manufacturing of premium chocolates , desserts for corporates restaurants and hotels. They have capacities to produce 800kgs per day. They have clients ranging from various industries like Bfsi , Pharma, Electronics, Infrastructure, 5 star hotels and multi chain restaurants. They are looking for the position of CRM at their MUMBAI office.
